Hi, I’m Bikash
Certified Martial-arts & Karate Trainer
and I’m a passionate martial artist with over 20 years of experience and a black belt – 2nd DAN. I teach karate classes for kids or adult, focusing on self-defense, confidence building, discipline, and physical fitness in a fun and supportive environment. My goal is to help children grow stronger, both physically and mentally, while developing skills they can carry for life.

kihon – basics
The foundation of all Karate techniques. Kihon involves practicing fundamental strikes, kicks, blocks, and stances to build strength, precision, and coordination.
kata – forms
A series of pre-arranged movements and techniques that simulate combat situations. Kata trains students to master the flow of Karate, building muscle memory and control.
kumite – sparring
A controlled, one-on-one practice where students apply their techniques in real-time, enhancing reflexes, strategy, and focus.
ki – Spirit
The mental and emotional strength that fuels Karate. Ki emphasizes perseverance, focus, and respect, teaching students to channel their inner energy for both training and life challenges.
